Shake it Up Café Reservations Now Accepted
We are pleased to announce that reservations are now being accepted for the Shake It Up Café Vacation Bible School that will be held from Sunday, June 26 through Thursday, June 30. Reservation forms will be sent home from Sunday school today and are also available in the church office or on the web site. Dinner is served every night for all who attend, the parents for those who attend and all who are helping with VBS. Cost is $15 per child with a maximum of $35 per family.
Volunteers Needed for the Shake It Up Café
VBS is only successful when we have a large group of dedicated volunteers. We have many jobs and tasks that need to be done before, during and after VBS. If you are interested in helping in any capacity, please use the Opportunities of the Week to indicate you would like to help or contact Coreen Witke in the church office or via e-mail at coreenwitke@gracedesmoines.org.
Overnight VBS July 18-19 @ Springbrook
All 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Graders are encouraged to attend Overnight Vacation Bible School on Monday, July 18 and Tuesday, July 19. We leave Monday at 8 a.m. for Springbrook State Park and will return at approximately 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
