Trustees Brick & Window Project Update
Our South side tuckpointing project has been completed
and as you can see from this picture the project has now
moved to the West side. We our very anxious to get this
area of our Church Building completed as we have a
number of water issues on the West side that have cre-
ated considerable interior damage. Trustees have com-
mitted to completing the West side and the North side of
the Sanctuary this fall. This has been possible through
the support we have received to datefor our Brick &
Window Fund Campaign.
The Renew Grace campaign did much to restore and repair our beautiful building. We were able to replace the roof and provide many needed improvements to help the mission of the church.
Now, we have identified a maintenance need which was not completed during the Renew Grace project and can no longer wait for attention.
We want to keep our lovely, architecturally historic building from withstanding more damage – some of which will be hard, if not impossible to repair.

- We will only make the repairs for which we have cash in hand to pay for.
- We ask that you prayerfully consider how much you would be willing to contribute to this effort, keeping in mind the need to continue to fund the regular operating budget.
- Place your contribution in an envelope marked “Trustees’ Brick & Window Fund” and either put it in the offering plate, mail it to the church or leave it in the office.
- Envelopes are available in the church office, from a member of the Trustees or Property Committees or in the bulletin for this service.
- Please direct your check to the Trustee’ Brick & Window Fund by marking it such in the memo line.
- Please do all you can to have your contributions in by May 31st. We need to make commitments by then to get the work completed this year.
We will be making tours available on request for those that want to see some of the needs up close.
